• How are these businesses using Facebook?

Most businesses that I have seen are using their Facebook page in conjunction w/Instagram. When they post something on Instagram it automatically posts to the business Facebook page. Businesses are also using it to run ads.

• In your opinion are they using it effectively?

I do believe most of the floral businesses that are using a Facebook page are using it effectively, especially since most of these businesses are running ads.

• How often are they posting?

Since the Facebook pages for the businesses similar to mine post quite frequently on Instagram, all of their posts are syncing over.

• Did they set up their Cover photo and calls to action correctly in your opinion?

I believe the cover photos are ok, I also have an issue with this, most cover photos I feel are outdated.

• Can you think of ways they could use Facebook more effectively?

I think maybe creating content specifically for Facebook can help reach another clientele, maybe an older clientele that may not have Instagram.

• After reviewing their use, can you think of ways you could use Facebook more effectively for your own business?

I believe I can be better at being consistent in managing my Facebook page, updating it with my best and most recent work.
