Week 4 Part B : Target Market

  For this Semester, I will be representing my existing floral business, my ideal target market for Made for you flowers would be women in their 20s to 40s who are focused on creating memorable, elegant events and are willing to invest in bespoke floral arrangements for life’s special moments. With a goal to appeal to those who value luxury, personalization, and artistry in their floral experiences. My ideal customer would meet the following profile.

Demographic Profile:

  • Age: women between the ages of 25-45. 
  • Gender: Woman
  • Income Level: Middle- to upper-income individuals or couples who are willing to invest in premium, custom floral arrangements.
  • Life Stage: Engaged couples, brides, event planners, and individuals celebrating milestones

Psychographic Profile:

  • Lifestyle: Customers likely lead event-centric lives. They value aesthetics, personalization, and high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Values: They prioritize elegance, beauty, and uniqueness. Value a premium experience and appreciates the artistry that goes into custom floral design. Customer sees value personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Buying Behavior: Customers are experience-driven, willing to spend more for a tailored and bespoke service. They may also be attracted to the artisanal nature of the brand, preferring custom, locally sourced, or sustainable options over mass-produced alternatives.

 Key Market Segments:

  • Brides and wedding planners: seeks sophisticated, custom floral designs for weddings and is willing to pay for high-quality, personalized services.
  • Event planners or corporate clients: Individuals or businesses looking to create memorable events with unique floral arrangements.
